faxing documents to same person, ie a wcomp manager notes from soap 1 and soap 2 at the same fax
I need to send PN for my patient and the original script from edocs to case manager and I can not do both at same time
I must say that the changes that are being made through webpt are making the admin side of things increasingly difficult.
Corresponding with work comp companies, authorizations, and billing using the ability to send documents into doc portal and find how group doc to send to different people was easy with the original format. Now it is very difficult and is not only affecting me but all the people I deal with.

It is very difficult and I feel unprofessional to not be able to fax a patient IE, PN or Daily Note and their RX. Expecting an insurance company to match up 2 faxes for 1 request usually doesn't turn out well.
