Alert Clinics when the patient has had direct access in less than 365 before the old one upon case creation.

The system should block us from creating new direct access cases if the patient has had one in less than 365 days.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Adding an alert for previous direct access cases is not a feature we have planned, but we will consider it in the future. We'll associate this idea with the feature to ensure you know when it is delivered. In the meantime, if you have any further questions feel free to leave a comment or contact support.
