Can you please add to your POC process the following:
once you complete uploading your signed POC, if you click on View PDF in the records, it will show you the unsigned POC!!! You need to go into edocs to see the actual scanned POC. This would be helpful so i don't think they uploaded a blank POC vs. a signed POC.
