I would suggest the 2.0version should remain the 1.0 version that when we finalize any documentation ie. the daily note, summary notes, discharge/eval notes should have a popped-up message that confirming the date of service. We have this message popping up but it doesn't show the DOS. I would suggest it so the therapist can double confirm if the note is for that designated DOS to prevent future addendum.
