Creating a log for Patient Visit Maximums is not a planned feature, but we will consider it as we continue to enhance our Electronics Benefits Verification (eBV) offering and within our Analytics Product. We'll make sure to let you know if these features are delivered.

As of right now, without a log we only know we are not going to get paid if a PT is paying attention to the info on the left side of the screen while documenting (which they have a lot of other things to watch while documenting), or when billing tells us we have a denial 45+ days later. There is zero safety net for admin to help manage this since it is not reportable. Please reconsider this idea, the data is already entered by admin to track in soap 2.0, it just needs to be reportable. Thanks!
