Hello! Thank you for your feedback. You can select your preferred verbiage in the Template Configuration page. Also, if you have a habilitative/pediatrics patient, and the "Use Habilitative Profile" checkbox is selected on the Patient Info tab, the note template will automatically say "Areas of Concern."
