Highlighting the PN/re-certs on the upcoming appointment list would remind the patient of that important visit, and also the upcoming appointment list is used for future scheduling and billing. It would be more efficient than clicking on every future appointment to verify.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Adding PN/re-cert to the patient's upcoming appointment list is not a feature we currently have planned, but we may consider it in the future. We'll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
