It would be nice to have a quick key that allowed me to put a placeholder in my documentation (for instance “***”) which would then let me hit a quick key like F2 to jump through the documentation faster and input the patient specific information.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Adding Quick Keys is not a currently planned feature, but we may consider it in the future. We'll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
