I would like to be able to edit the verbage that is automatically applied to fax cover sheets when faxing notes to doctors. Currently, if you select the "include thank you", it says on the cover sheet in small font "Thank you for this referral." I would like to be able to custom my own thank you message and the message for the "Request Physician Signature" without having to always type it in the free text box.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Providing customizable fax sheets is not a currently planned feature, but we may consider it in the future. We'll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
