Update Lost Patient Report to include SOAP2.0 notes

When running the lost patient report:

1) ) the list generated does NOT include notes started and maintained in SOAP2.0

2) it lists patients with notes that were started in the old format and then moved to SOAP2.0 as being lost

This Knowledge Base Article will help outline the different reports between SOAP 1.0 to SOAP 2.0. One option specific to this request is that right now you can use the Analytics Patient Case Status report to find this information. Here is how to filter the report:
- Date Range applied to last appointment for patients
- Filter Next Scheduled Appointment = “blank”
Mainly used to track patients that have not scheduled their next appointment who had their last appointment within the specific date range
Additionally you can save reports for future use.
