eDoc will not let more than 4 MB uploads

My Medical Records the doctors send are greater that 4 MB so I can't put these ones in eDoc. Can we increase that. All the medical records need to be in one place

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Increasing the size of eDocs is something we are actively discussing. We will be sure to let you know if the size limit changes.

    we often have faxes from the doctor that are greater than 4 MB so we can't get them in the patient record under eDoc
