Adding a feature where the therapist can review the document or note first prior to signing so we do not end up addending the note multiple times

This would benefit the clinician to ensure that all notes would appear as it should and minimize errors and frequency of needing to addend just to add a phrase or correction

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Adding a note finalization preview is not a feature we currently have planned but may consider in the future for SOAP 2.0. We'll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
