Allow any duplicate record, a contact, a physician profile, and insurance profile, etc, to be deleted by webpt users, not just "inactivated". Having duplicate records causes confusion, and discrepancies, lack of communication between physicians / PTs / and patients.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Deleting records is not a feature we are considering now due to compliance considerations, but we may consider it in the future. We'll make sure to let you know if it is delivered.
