Reopening a case in SOAP 1.0 was much easier to navigate through. When attempting to reopen a case in SOAP 2.0 after choosing the date of Administrative Discharge, choosing Addend in the drop down and locating the Signed Administrative Dropdown, the icon is very discreet and hard to identify it as the next step in the process. It should be larger, and more user friendly when looking to reopen the case.
