add 97113 cpt code

CPT code 97113 is needed as a real code not a custom code. In addition it needs the .drop down box for modifier 59

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! 97113 exists as a standard code in SOAP 2.0. We do not currently have plans to add it to the legacy EMR, but will consider it in the future. If you have any further questions feel free to comment or contact WebPT Support using support@webpt.com.
