Can this please be reconsidered? This would help a lot with workflow and wouldn't need a "missing notes report" feature to continue to be fixed/edited if the therapist can see what notes are open if the patient is checked in. I would also suggest that the open note/encounter feature should also include notes that need to be co-signed by the PT
This kind of response inspires buyer's remorse. This is such a vital feature for busy clinics. It is so easy to forget to write a note and, seemingly so easy for such a thing to be added. This is not just a workflow item but fiduciary and financial. You owe this to your clients as it will ensure notes are not lost and billing isn't missed. you should reconsider and make this a top priority
