In other EMR I have previously used, 3 of them, a note was automatically generated and sent to Work In Progress list for the therapist to document once the front office checked someone in. Prevents missed documentation for the therapists and office staff.

This kind of response inspires buyer's remorse. This is such a vital feature for busy clinics. It is so easy to forget to write a note and, seemingly so easy for such a thing to be added. This is not just a workflow item but fiduciary and financial. You owe this to your clients as it will ensure notes are not lost and billing isn't missed. you should reconsider and make this a top priority
