We are currently starting a project to integrate flowsheets to sit inside of the documentation itself, this will allow you to indicate the treatment provided as well as indicate time spent on each activity to help inform billing.
In the meantime you are also able to add comments to each procedure by clicking the ellipsis (...) inside the Billing Subsection and selecting Add Comment this will allow you to document what was done on each procedure and carry forward to the next note.
