As it stands, calendar owners in the scheduler appear to be able to modify their schedule regardless of the Access Level set in the Calendar Settings. This makes it too easy for calendar owners to make changes to the schedule when they shouldn't be able to (whether accidentally or intentionally). The only bypass for this is to set the calendar owner to the staff member responsible for the schedule, which causes other issues if that staff member has access to other clinics or leaves.
