When you click to add a section of an eval/note for documentation (ie health status or pain presentation) and it appears under the correlating section of the note (ie subjective or objective), there is no way to delete or remove that section if you end up not needing it or wanting it. As of right now you have to delete the entire note if you want to remove just 1 section. It would be helpful if you could remove individual sections/tabs without having to delete the whole note.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Updating how content is added in SOAP 2.0 is a feature we don't currently have planned, but we are considering. We'll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
