I reported this problem to member support, and was told it was working properly and suggested I bring it to the idea portal. When I click in the "Search My Patients" field (upper right of dashboard) the same 6 patients pop up - for the past 8 months. Seems like the system should be popping up the most recent patients. Thanks for your consideration!

Agree, when someone comes for their 3rd stint with a different therapist the same patient shows up on 3 different therapist active patient list instead of just the Active Case PT.
