When trying to make a new account, I received a non-descript error message, so I called the Helpdesk. Alisa (?) provided a key piece of information, ie PW needs to be "strong" not just "good". If this information was provided in the error message, it would be a significant time-savings for the user (me) and your staff as well.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Adding information regarding password creation is not a feature we currently have planned, but we may consider it in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
