Our receptionists check in clients for all the therapists on the view schedule page (the calendar for the day for everyone). Currently, you have to click into a patients chart to see if they need an updated Rx or auth. We have too many people coming in at once for them to open every patients chart. It would make more sense if the alert popped up in the appointment box or when you hover over the name. That would improve our efficiency of chart keeping tremendously.
