We have a scribe for our clinic. They currently have to log in/log out of each account for each note under each clinician's account. With cloud EMR, sometimes providers get "ousted" as the scribe goes back and forth between notes and providers. Many times auto save doesn't catch the added documented information.
Solution: Create a "scribe' account so a scribe can access all clinician's and their documentation, without the capability to sign notes. That way there can be better work flow for documentation.
