If a patient is currently being seen for multiple cases on the same day (ie: PT and OT) we have to collect patient payments in individual cases. This makes it so the payment must be run seperately and credit card swiped twice. Aditionally, the system does not allow duplicate payments. If the patient has a $15.00 copay for PT and we collect $15 in the PT case, the system will not allow us to collect another $15 in the OT case on the same date as it flags it as a duplicate charge.
It would be benefitial to be able to collect payment in one place and just assign the case and DOS you are applying the payment to.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Enhancing our payments to allow for multi-case charges is not a currently planned feature, but we may consider it in the future. We'll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
