Our clinic recently integrated the teleheath option in to our webpt account and we are wondering if there is any way to customize the email that is sent automatically out to patients who are scheduled for Telehealth? Many of our clients that we use telehealth with are older with speech/language impairments or cognitive deficits that have a hard time either figuring out what link to press on or are becoming confused by the large amount of wording used.
Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Improving the Telehealth email for usability is not a feature we currently have planned, but we may consider it in the future. We'll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
