For our cash custom codes they weren't carried forward from 1.0 on the list of codes. It would be great if you could carry those forward to 2.0 or gave instructions on how to add them to our CPT options. Also need to take out a bunch of CPT options we never use in 2.0 (we did that for 1.0)

Additionally we did make changes to the fee schedule, so codes that are not selected in the fee schedule are now not available inside of the charge summary.
