Fax upon eval completion

It would be nice to have an option to fax the eval once complete. So instead of only having a Sign button for the eval, to also have the option of sign and fax, and sign and fax with other edocs options.

this is exactly what I came in here to suggest again - I requested this years ago in the old idea portal. It is too easy to move on without faxing an eval or progress note and then it doesn't get to the physician on time. Please make a "sign and fax" feature.
