I'd like to have custom templates for an entire initial examination including subjective, objective, assessment, plan, and billing. This would be great for post-op patients who have similar goals and initial treatments. While there is a custom IE profile for the objective portion of the exam, it would save me so much time to have an entire template I could create ahead of time.

Hi Morgan and thank you for your feedback. We agree, being able to customize entire profiles for different diagnoses will save you a bunch of time. This is available in our new documentation system SOAP 2.0. I will attach a discover article here for you to learn more. We currently do not have plans to add this functionality into SOAP 1.0 so I would recommend you look into SOAP 2.0 as we've made enhancements to make documentation easier such as customizable templates/profiles, being able to convert notes and embedded flowsheets.
