Hello! Charges can be added to the note in the "Charge Summary" section of the SOAP note (located beneath the Plan). Click "CPT Code" and you can select a code, minutes, and units. Any charges selected will automatically go to your billing system if you have an integration established, and the charges selected will appear on your finalized note.
