This would be SO helpful! Also, if you have someone calling to say theyre getting appt reminders but aren't a pt (due to someone elses phone number being input incorrectly) we could search by phone number to fix the problem!

I second this idea. Phone number search is incredibly helpful. Otherwise its a blind phone call back for the front office or therapist calling. "Hi we just missed a call from this number" instead of being able to pull up their info before the return phone call and review all communications on their chart to be ready to help and starting the convo "Hello Sally, we missed your call how can we help?"

This feature would be INCREDIBLY useful! Sometimes patients will leave a message and forget to leave their name as well and we want to know who it was that called

Any idea when this might be a usable feature? A lot of times, especially with people wearing masks, it can be difficult to understand a patient spelling their name so being able to do a patient search by phone number would cut down on the work of entering a patient only to find it is a duplicate because the name was misspelled. Thank you.

It would be helpful to be able to search by all patient fields; sometimes you remember something random about a patient other than their name.
