Hi! Thanks for submitting your idea. Diagnosis codes are carried forward from note to note. If that subsection isn't added to the note manually, when you click Sign, the codes look like they are cleared out. If you collapse and re-open the subsection, the codes from the last note will re-populate and you can add the carried-forward data to your note. We're working on a fix right now to make that more intuitive, and we're excited that it will be released in a few weeks. Thanks!
