Adding this as a low priority idea for an SRE that came in (https://webpt.atlassian.net/browse/SRE-2128)
When documenting in any of the Soap 1.0 text fields with smart text users are unable to scroll up or down when the list has more than 5-8 values. The whole page itself scrolls when you try.
This is also occurring when trying to use the up and down arrow inside editable text boxes
log into the EMR as any Therapist type user
Navigate to any patient chart with Soap 1.0 documentation available
Start a new note or enter any drafted note
Navigate to the assessment tab
Start typing a smart phrase word "patient" into any smart text enabled box EX: Parent/Patient Education
Attempt to scroll to the last phrase in the list
Expected results: Users are able to scroll down a list of smart text when there are multiple options
Actual results: Users are unable to scroll down a list of smart text options and instead the page itself will scroll down.

Why is this a low priority? This is significantly delaying completion of documentation tasks. This is a problem on Assessment and Goals documentation. Why would we have an option for "smart text" if we are unable to utillize it effectively and efficiently?
