I would like it if there was a mechanism to show clinic chosen default appointment time blocks - i.e. 40' that could then be customized to each PTs start of day time. Look at our schedules the week of 6/7/21 - we have added these test appt blocks for the whole year for all PTs so that our schedulers know where to put appointments - without these guides we'd end up with numerous unfillable empty spaces! They work fine - but, we have the added effort of setting them all up and then doing daily "clean up"/deleting the test appt blocks once an appt has been scheduled (look at week of 2/15 or 2/22 though they have already been "cleaned" somewhat).
