It would be helpful to see who has updated what and when in the BFM under the EMR module clinic slice.

A great example as to why I am submitting this request can be found in SF case 02379065. Someone updated the BFM. Claims were stopped around 3/12/25. There was no case on the member's logo as to why. Plus the fact that what was entered and removed appeard to be more of an error.

We were unable to determine why it was updated. (Screenshots are included in the post of the case).

This caused a delay of claims coming into billing for 30 days until the member reached out.
