We have some patients that require specific modifiers (i.e. 96, 97 depending on their policy for hab or rehab coverage) but does not apply to all patients with the same insurance. Having a way to customize modifier needs under the patient profile would be helpful because right now, the biller just has to know which patients require certain modifiers leaving room for potential error.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This functionality already exists today in the product, all you need to do is ensure the modifiers are active on the Company fee schedule and enable it for the case when it is applicable.
