There is an option to create IE profile, but no possibility to make it pre-filled. Many therapists, like myself, have their routine and many parts of IE is the same for multiple patients, like: deleting "unknown" diagnosis; pt consent; creating POC; checking "Following the evaluation(...)" in assessment; educating pt about DX, PX, POC, HEP (and including that in Parent/Patient Education); etc.
