" If a Progress Note has been completed and let’s say there are treatment notes needed for dates of service (DOS) 1/1, 1/3 & 1/5.  Is there an alert/warning for a therapist who attempts to do a note for 1/9, that notes are still needed for DOS 1/1, 1/3 & 1/5? A mini built in missed notes alert for a lack of better description. "
