Date of surgery

I hope that you will have a specific date of surgery box for evaluations. It would be great if this information populated to other notes, along w/ the patient'd diagnosis and other pertinent information.

We now have a Surgical History subsection under the Subjective section. Of course, all of this data will carry-forward from note to note.

This is a no brainer to have the surgery date pull forward.

Thanks for the comment, Dana! We will add this in the future. In the meantime, you can configure your template to include a surgical history free-text field, located in the Past Medical History subsection. This field will carry-forward to subsequent notes.
