It would be EXTREMELY beneficial to add some type of alert note feature to the patient's medical record. We have non traditional hours at our clinic. Occasionally, there is paperwork that needs to be signed by the patient but is missed during the initial evaluation with the therapist. With the patient coming after traditional hours, it is very unlikely that I would ever see them myself. If we add an alert note, the therapist would see what needed to be done OR when the patient was being scheduled, the alert note would pop up and the scheduler would see that something was pending. Something in color (like red/yellow) that would appear when you accessed the patient's chart or began the scheduling process and would have to be completed before being deleted. Please call me if you need additional information about my request.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This functionality already exists today in the SOAP 2.0 product, all you need to do is navigate to the patient chart and select the option to add an Alert. We are currently working to roll out this upgrade to all WebPT members, so keep your eye out for your clinic.
