There is a need for reminder appts to be in Spanish (or primary language) for voice and text. Ability to identify primary language now need it to work for us in reminders.

We have a large Spanish population that we have difficulty reaching with reminders as they are in English. This population also is our highest no show and cancels which we cannot show if there is any benefit to continue use of text/voice messages.
