Add ULTT's

It would be great if upper limb tension tests could be added to the content, similar to how they are included in 1.0. They could be added to the "Neurologic Screen" section for example.

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! We are still actively adding more and more content to SOAP 2.0 and plan to go deeper into specialty content this year as well.
