WebPT Ideas and Discovery

We are new to WebPT and I am trying to navigate the different reports that are available. I haven't come across one that best fits this request.

When a therapist completes an Initial Examination and the POC, I understand that there is an option for it to be faxed (as in our clinic's case) but there is no way to identify WHICH ones need to be sent without going through our entire clinic's patient list. We always send both the IE and POC to the referring doctor and request a review and signature. If the completed document doesn't force the therapist to send him/herself, the document sits in the "records" portion of a patient's chart until I see that it needs to be sent.

Perhaps adding something to the "at a glance" screen would let the front office/medical records clerk know that a document has been finalized and is ready to send to the Doctor.
