SOAP$ label blocks scroll bar while documenting

We do not have touch screen laptops for documenting and my therapists are having a really hard time navigating the documentation because the scroll bar on the right hand side goes behind the SOAP$ label. This makes it impossible to click and drag the scroll bar when the screen position is such that the scroll bar is behind the SOAP$ label. It is only a problem when the bar falls behind the label. Otherwise they are able to click and drag the scroll bar. This has become a big issue when they are trying to complete the documentation for an evaluation. Surely there is a way to move the position of the label further in or change the order of the layout so the scroll bar slides down beside or in front of the label. I would imagine this isn’t a problem if you have a touch screen or can use two finger scrolling on the trackpad. If you don’t have this functionality it becomes a big problem navigating through the documentation. Your assistance would between much appreciated.

Thank you for this feedback, this is something we will definitely take a closer look at with our design team to see how we can improve the usability.

100% agree. Was going to post the same idea! The SOAP$ costs more time than it saves for us in the current location over the scroll bar.
