Please get rid of that numerical ID # next to patient name!!! I never used a numerical number since we started our business and I don't want to start now.. We should have the option of NOT SEEING THIS! I use the nickname section of patient info to state something that I want to see next to the patient name (example PATIENT OWES MONEY!)

Hello, and thanks for your suggestion! This is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
In the meantime, Tasking is a new feature that is in Early Release for some members, and may help you with assigning responsibility for collecting money or other patient-related tasks.
