It would be helpful to be able to link text to the checked boxes or text box in the Complicating/Personal Factors box in Subjective. Currently if multiple boxes are checked (for example, allergies, previous therapy, surgical history), and if we want to include additional information regarding those boxes, it all gets lumped into "other" and isn't linked to the checked box. (For example, "allergies to penicilin, latex; previous therapy for R shoulder and L ankle; R TSA, L ankle sprain" - all of this would get lumped into "other," which negates the purpose of having the boxes to check.)

Hello, and thanks for your suggestion! Splitting the Complicating/Personal Factors apart is not something that we currently have planned, but we may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if it is delivered.
