I was told that I could copy the intial eval forward to a new case - however, that only applied to SOAP 1.0 per the response that I received. Many clients will discharge and return for treatment later on. I am having to open 2 windows and copy/paste information that has not changed. Time saver and consistency is the goal.
Hello, and thanks for your feedback! While this isn't a feature we currently have in the works, we do intend to add this functionality in 2.0. We’ll associate this idea to the feature to make sure we let you know if this feature is delivered. In the meantime if you have any further questions feel free to leave a comment or contact WebPT Support using support@webpt.com.

Disappointing to say the least when you have to retype an eval in 2.0, which isn’t charged as an eval, when you have to create and use a second case. Please update this so there is automatic advancement of previous information, as it is incredibly time-consuming and inefficient. Second one I’ve had to do this week.

Any Update on when this feature will be released. It was reportedly several months away in January 2022. It is quite inconvenient not having this feature available in SOAP 2.0. Hopefully WebPT will prioritize this in 2023.

Please update this feature ASAP. It is very time consuming to recreat and copy and paste. We need to be focused on hands on treatment

Please add that feature

Hi Hannah, we do still plan to address this feature in SOAP 2.0, but it will be several months before we would have anything ready to release.

Can we please get an update on this?

We have patients who change insurance often. This is a NIGHTMARE in webpt 2.0, as we have to manually copy paste all info from previous eval/treatment notes in to a new placeholder eval, AFTER we have had to manually re-type everything to make a new case. In Revflow, we could clone a case and just continue treatment as normal. This causes significant increased time on admins and therapists, and is not an efficient process.
