Add ICD10 Z86.19 Personal History of COVID-19

This is a significant code we need to be able to document for the post COVID "long haulers" and would be very helpful for Medicare caps, etc.

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This functionality exists today in the product, all you need to do is search for ICD-10 code z86.16.
