We would like the ability to receive referrals and send notes through direct messaging as this is a more efficient process than fax. We have several of our referring physician practices requesting us to exchange information through direct messaging.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! We have a feature that should be a solution for this idea that we are planning to work on soon. We’ll associate this idea to the feature to make sure you know when it is delivered. In the meantime if you have any further questions feel free to leave a comment or contact support. Our initial launch plan is to accept inbound messages as PDF by creating a task inside of WebPT for the front office to either create a new patient or upload a signed Plan of Care document.
