WebPT Ideas and Discovery

As an admin, I would like the ability to indicate that a user has access to all of a company's clinics without having to remember to manually add the clinics to users as we acquire new locations.

For billing service partners that can be supporting multiple clinics or members that have continue to expand through acquisitions, it would reduce maintenance, especially as our own staff evolve and we want to add and remove all clinics for members that are being supported.
