We see multiple and varied patients on a regular basis. There is no way to accurately identify a patient by photo with WebPT. In the MD EMR Athena, they have patient photo available for more accurate identification. To have this ability to identify patients with photo also would be a great safety issues to minimize the risk of bringing the wrong patient back to the clinic if you are not familiar with the patient? not treating regularly. Especially if you have two patients with similar diagnosis.
